I’m Getting Jacked on Bridgeport Coffee Pour Overs
Chicago is crawling with amazing coffee roasters. I had never tried Bridgeport Coffee Company before. My friend works there and gave me a sample bag of El Salvador Finca Josefita last week. Bless your heart, Keegan, because it’s delicious. This sweet cup smells like biscotti, and tastes like unsweetened cocoa powder. I ate it with chocolate and walnuts for breakfast because tomorrow is my birthday and nothing maneuvers a woman through a quarter-life crisis like chocolate. I also maybe put some bourbon in there for the same reason. I highly recommend pairing it with a crunchy aged gouda, like Ewephoria. Cheers to the future!
