Garlic is good for you. Here’s a recipe that you can eat right out of the skin or add to hummus, stews, pasta and more. It only takes about 5 minutes of prep time total, too.
- Garlic heads
- Olive oil
- Muffin tin
- Tin foil
Peel the outer skin of the garlic, so that the heads are still intact. Slice a 1/4 – 1/2 ” off the top, exposing the bulbs.
Add to the muffin tin and drizzle with olive oil.
